Policies

A $50 nonrefundable deposit is collected as a retainer for new clients to reserve an appointment. This deposit will be applied towards the total cost of your service.

Clients have up to 48 hours before the scheduled appointment to cancel or reschedule. Please note that 50% payment for the scheduled service will be required 24 hours prior to your appointment. Cancellations made the same day will result in full charge of the service cost.

Please note a 10 min grace period is provided for late arrivals, beyond that we will have to adjust your service or reschedule your appointment entirely.

Please note any adjustments must be requested within 7 days of your original appointment to be eligible for a complimentary fix. After the one week period any additional services will be charged accordingly.
